For this month, I used this jam recipe featuring hibiscus: https://veganlovlie.com/hibiscus-orange-jam-recipe/. Then, I used puffed pastry and made little pop tarts. I steeped some hibiscus to make the powdered sugar glaze and finished off with orange zest.
